    • Continuous intelligence and interpretation - we continuously track emerging developments, interpret their commercial significance, and identify where management attention should be focused.

    • Supporting critical decisions and actions - ongoing partnerships include reserved capacity for independent advice during investments, transactions, stakeholder challenges, and periods of elevated political exposure. This can include integrated political and institutional due diligence and structured red-team exercises that test assumptions before major decisions are taken.

    Partnerships are offered to a limited number of organisations to preserve direct founder involvement, independence and service quality.

    Clients access current assessments, briefings, and engagement material through a secure workspace, with a direct channel to the Leeuwin Otway team.

  • We undertake integrated political, institutional, regulatory, stakeholder, and counterparty due diligence for project, portfolio, platform, partnership, and transaction decisions.

    Our assessments examine matters that may not be captured through conventional commercial, legal, or technical diligence, including institutional deliverability, political exposure, regulatory conduct, stakeholder history, governance signals, and counterparties’ demonstrated delivery capacity.

  • We conduct focused assignments that test critical assumptions and strengthen strategy and decision-making.
